2 September - Coming Home to Your Body
After the summer break, I will gently guide you home to your body through yin yoga postures and various meditation techniques. You will feel calm in your body and mind and attain freedom.
9 September - Throat Heart Connection
When the heart is open, the throat opens naturally, it is our center of clear communication. A blocked throat, in turn, automatically closes the heart.
This teaching will help you become more aware of what may be blocked, and you’ll learn how to keep both centers open.
16 September - Unlock the Healing Power of Your Hands
During this teaching, you’ll discover the healing power of your own hands. You will get to know your hands on a deeper level and learn how to use them as tools for greater awareness of your body.
Your fingers are energetic gateways to your inner health: each finger is linked to specific meridians that correspond to different organs and systems in your body. Your hand palms hold magic. Are you ready to unlock them?
23 September - Loss as a Doorway to Compassion
Loss is part of the human experience on this beautiful planet. Grief brings with it a wide range of emotions. Grief knows many chapters. It is through loss that our level of compassion for ourselves and others can grow immensely. How can we process loss, move through grief, and become compassionate beings? Through this teaching, you will discover those answers within.
30 September - Closing the Month with a Wide-Open Heart
Are you ready for waves of heart energy explosions? Expect many heart openers on all levels during this teaching: Physical, energetic, mental, emotional, spiritual, and relational!

These teachings are for all levels. No previous meditation or yin yoga practice is needed.
If you can’t make it live one evening, no problem! You’ll receive the recording the next day. All recordings will be available to watch for one week.
